1 update a month, a monthly check that your form, links and domain are working, and a heads-up before your domain renews. It costs less than one one-time update, so it pays for itself if you change something every month.

All updates are done within a week. An update is a change to existing content that takes under 30 minutes, like text, photos, hours, prices or links. On bilingual sites, one update covers both languages. New pages, new sections and redesigns are quoted separately. Plans are billed monthly and can be canceled anytime before the next bill.
Payment: 50% deposit to start, 50% before launch. Klarna is available at checkout. Referred by a client? When you book, they get one free update or a free month of the Care plan.
Platforms like Squarespace and Wix are a good choice if you want to edit your site yourself every week. Their plans usually run about $16-99 a month on yearly billing. If your site rarely changes, owning it costs less over time.

Last updated September 2026. Amar Builds LLC, North Carolina ("we", "us"). If the English and Spanish versions differ, the English version applies.
"We" means Amar Builds LLC and the contractors or team members it assigns to your project. Everyone who works on your project follows these terms and keeps your information confidential, and we stay responsible for their work.
Your signed proposal and contract control if they differ from this page. North Carolina law applies. We may update these terms, but changes don't affect projects that are already signed.
We design and build static websites and launch them on your own Cloudflare account. Packages, add-ons and prices are listed on this page and confirmed in your signed proposal. Anything outside your proposal is quoted as an add-on before we start it. Timelines are estimates. If we miss a rush date, the rush fee is refunded.
A 50% deposit is due to start and the remaining 50% is due before launch. Files are released and the site goes live after final payment. If final payment isn't received within 30 days of your preview approval, the project closes, and reopening it costs $75.
If you pay with Klarna, Klarna's own terms apply to your installments. Refunds go back through Stripe. Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can fix the problem.
Your deposit is fully refundable until work begins. Work begins when we start your design, usually within 2 business days after receiving your deposit and content. After that, the deposit is non-refundable, unless we end the project for a reason that isn't your fault. In that case we refund the part of your deposit for work not yet done. If a project closes for inactivity before work begins, we keep $50 for planning time and refund the rest.
Your timeline starts when we've received your signed contract, deposit and all content. Please send your content within 14 days of signing. If we don't hear from you for 30 days at any point, your project pauses. After 60 days it closes, and restarting it is scheduled around our current projects.
One consolidated revision round is included, meaning all your changes sent in a single message. Additional rounds are $75 each.
Email or DM only. No phone calls or unscheduled video calls. The only live option is the paid setup call below. We reply within 3 days.
An optional $75 Zoom session of up to 45 minutes, paid when you book it through Google Calendar, at least 48 hours ahead. We guide you while you create your Cloudflare account, buy your domain and send the member invite. You control your own screen and we never ask for your password. You can reschedule for free with 24 hours' notice. If you miss the call without notice, the fee is kept. If we cancel, you choose a full refund or a new time.
For launch, you invite hello@amarbuilds.dev to your Cloudflare account with the Workers Platform Admin and DNS roles only. Neither role includes billing, and we never ask for passwords or payment details. We remove ourselves within 24 hours of launch and confirm by email. Plan clients may give written permission for us to keep this access while the plan is active. For pay-as-needed updates, you invite us again and we leave when the update is done. You can remove our access at any time.
Plans are billed monthly in advance and can be canceled anytime with written notice before your next billing date. Unused updates don't roll over. Updates are done within a week of your request. You're responsible for your Cloudflare account, your domain renewal and your billing with Cloudflare. You confirm you own or have permission to use all content, images and logos you provide, and we are not responsible for copyright claims about them. You're also responsible for making sure your site follows the privacy laws that apply to your business.
For now, we launch sites only on domains bought in your own Cloudflare account. We don't move or connect domains registered somewhere else, and we don't change any existing email settings.
For payment or booking setup, you create the Stripe, Square or Calendly account in your own name and give us limited team access or the links we need. We never create accounts in your name or handle your bank, tax or ID details.
We keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only for your project.
After final payment, you own the delivered website files and may use, change and move them however you like. Sites are built from our own starter framework and customized to your brand. We keep the right to reuse that general framework, but never your content or branding, in other projects.
Starter copy and some code may be written with AI assistance and reviewed by us. You approve all copy before launch. We make no warranties about the copyright status of AI-assisted content.
One code per client, used once, applied to the base package, founding prices included. Codes have no cash value. Codes may change or end at any time, but a code entered in an intake form before a change is still honored. Referral rewards (one free update or one free month of the Care plan) are applied after the referred client pays their deposit and have no cash value.
We may show your finished site in our portfolio and on social media unless you ask us not to in writing before completion.
Sites are hosted on your own Cloudflare account. Amar Builds is not affiliated with Cloudflare and is not responsible for its downtime, data loss, pricing or policy changes.
Previews hosted on our account stay up for 30 days. We may remove any preview with content that is illegal or breaks Cloudflare's terms. Unrequested drafts we build for outreach use only public content, are removed after 30 days or sooner if you ask, and nothing is handed over without payment.
Every site is tested with WAVE and Lighthouse before launch. Full ADA compliance is not guaranteed. Bugs and accessibility issues reported within 30 days of launch are fixed at no charge. After 30 days, they're handled through a care plan or a pay-as-needed update.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the project. We're not liable for lost profits, lost sales or other indirect damages. For plans and updates, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 3 months. Except as stated in these terms, our work is provided as is. You agree to cover claims that arise from content you provide.
We'll first try to resolve any disagreement in writing, in good faith. If it isn't resolved within 14 days, either party may file in small claims court in Wake County, North Carolina.
Clients must be 18 or older.
Either party may end a project with 48 hours' written notice. We may end a project for breach of these terms, abusive communication or non-payment. What happens to your deposit is covered under Refunds above.

What you enter in the intake form: name, email, business name, social handle, project details, links, add-ons, timeline, how you found us, discount code, notes, your checkbox choices, and which language you used. We also have whatever you send us by email or DM on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube.
To reply to you, plan and deliver your project, and, only if you opt in, send occasional discount and update emails. Files you share through a Drive or Dropbox link are only used for your project.
This site saves your theme, language, Pong high score and earned discount codes in your own browser. That information never reaches us, and clearing your browser data removes it. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Cloudflare hosts this site and keeps standard visitor logs. Google Fonts loads the site's fonts, which shares your IP address with Google. Web3Forms delivers form submissions to our inbox. Mailchimp sends marketing emails to people who opt in. PandaDoc, Stripe and Klarna handle contracts and payments for clients. Google Calendar and Zoom are used for setup calls. Google Workspace runs our email and files, Wave keeps our books, and Instagram, TikTok and YouTube carry any DMs you send us. Project details and content may be processed by AI tools we use to write copy and code. We never enter passwords or payment information into them. We don't sell your information.
Up to 2 years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Contracts and payment records are kept as long as tax law requires. Your site files are emailed to you at launch, so keep them: unless you're on a monthly plan, we don't keep your files long term.
This site and our services aren't meant for anyone under 18. If we learn we have information from someone under 18, we delete it.
We protect our accounts with two-step sign-in, keep a record of which client accounts we can access, and remove access we no longer need.
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. Changes apply from that date forward.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email hello@amarbuilds.dev with the subject UNSUBSCRIBE.
